The Bathroom Installers
Over the years, we have fitted a wide range of bathrooms throughout the Exmouth, Exeter and Devon areas. By working closely with our clients, we have built up a reputation for our bathroom installation services. Because His and Hers Plumbing and Heating are specialists in this field, you can draw on our years expertise to give you the right advice and a quality installation.
Along with kitchens, your bathroom is the most important room in your house in terms of resale value. The reason for this is because it’s status has been raised as it will be the centre of pampering and relaxing, no longer the purely practical place it once was.
There are many different options for design. Styles of tiles and bathroom furniture are the obvious items along with colourful decor and fittings to add to the overall ambiance. Start with your big idea and work it back – a major consideration before anything else is to start with your bathroom’s purpose. Will it be a simple and functional room or somewhere you can indulge your senses? Do you plan on a wetroom or having a traditional layout? What about underfloor heating which can total transform your bathroom and free up wall space?
We are also able to remove baths to replace them with walk-in showers, please get in touch to discuss your needs.
Are You Renovating or Completely Gutting The Space and Restarting From Scratch?
Whatever your plans are, you need to work out how you’re going to achieve this without making costly mistakes.
Bathrooms are becoming more involved and have more gadgets nowadays. Having two basins is not uncommon. Spa type rooms or wetrooms are also becoming more popular. However, you may just be planning an en-suite bathroom with a sink and toilet. His and Hers Plumbing can advise you with all this because we’re fully in touch with the latest bathroom equipment.
What Are the Key Priorities?
You may want to sit down and discuss this before anything. Consider what the difference will be compared with your current bathroom. It’s all about futures! Draw on your experience in hotels or other people’s bathrooms you’ve used.
Last Words on Planning
It may not be worth changing a bathroom layout for the sake of it. Moving plumbing around can be time-consuming and therefore expensive which needs consideration if you’re on a tight budget. We can advise you on the most efficient way of keeping within your budget for your bathroom. Think about making minor changes that have a positive overall impact like rehanging or changing doors and replacing tiling.
Visit as many showrooms as you can to get a feel for your design. Gather information and advise – then talk to us as we’re local to Exmouth and Devon areas.
Finally, think ahead. Your circumstances may change in the future so will your bathroom still service your needs in the next few years? Is it really wise to get rid of your bath if you could end up needing it in future years? Either way, call us to discuss these issues because we are experienced Plumbing Specialists.
